About Me
I’m an IT professional specializing in application quality assurance, a former medical doctor, and a seasoned endurance athlete. With over 25 years in IT, 5 years in medicine, and more than 20 years of experience in endurance sports, I bring a unique blend of analytical precision and science-based insight to everything I do.

Coaching is one of my greatest passions outside of my IT career. I take a data-driven, individualized approach to help athletes optimize their training, achieve peak performance, and minimize injury risk.

A multi-time finisher of the Boston Marathon, 50-mile and 50K ultramarathons, full marathons, and both full and 70.3 Ironman triathlons
